I was hired by 6 Summit via RebelRebel CRE to help name and create a mark for their acquisition of a corridor in Charlotte’s South End.

The corridor is two sets of buildings in Charlotte’s most popular neighborhood, prime commerical real estate.

The goal is to attract top hospitality talent and make it a destination that people recognize not just the tenant by name but the area, similar to the Design District or Art District.

What was born is a simple brand that can take whatever shape the owners want it to — it can drive the ship with the brand or be a marker that doesn’t compete with the tenant logos.
