Row House: Brand Identity, Logo Design, Visual Strategy
The brief was specific: reach young families who love city life but have outgrown apartment living — and do it without making them feel like they're settling for the suburbs. For Row House, I developed the full brand identity, logo, and visual strategy around a single insight — that neighborhood belonging is the real amenity. The identity is warm, grounded, and quietly confident, designed to feel like it's already part of the fabric of LoSo rather than a development dropped into it. Every visual decision reinforced the same message: this is a place to put down roots, without giving up the city that made you want to stay.
